"I lived here for a little under 3 years. When I moved in, the price was right, management was attentive, and things ran pretty well. A little over a year ago, the building was sold to another owner, and the quality has gone down. The owner does not give the manager the means to effectively manage this property, and cuts corners on just about everything. Water heater broke this winter and it took 2 weeks to fix. It still isn't working properly and occasionally cuts out. This used to be a decent place to live, but if you live here you will be on your own."
