"This is one of the best properties I've ever dealt with! Ashton and Shelly in the front office were literally some of the kindest, most accommodating professionals I've ever met! They made the entire process super easy and streamlined, and the move in process a breeze. We've only been here a couple of weeks, but everything has been awesome so far. The residents are nice, they checked on us after we moved in, the trash valet is on it, the area is pretty quiet and the amenities are everything they appear to be and a little more when you add in stellar views an easy commute to basically anything you need within 15mins! If you're even considering checking this place out, I highly recommend you give them a chance! I'm really, really glad I did!"

"Updating after 2 year of living here - maintenance is great, fast. Bad problem with residents having their dogs off leash and no actual remedy or lease enforcement. Took the ping pong table away and never brought it back (Tyler we miss you). No parking available after 8 pm and parking not enforced, people without passes aren’t able to be towed and no repercussions, have to park on the street and walk. No cameras anywhere around the property either - rumors of 40% rent hikes as well."
