"Last month I wanted to move from a one to a two bedroom apartment and I chose to remain at Montrachet after almost three years here. The facilities and grounds are beautiful but the biggest reason I decided to stay was the management group, and Michael Bell in particular. Michael was very helpful and friendly from the beginning, always looking to go the extra mile to make my girlfriend who recently moved here from Michigan and I feel that he was looking out for us. The maintenance team has also always been very responsive. Montrachet overall does a wonderful job of creating a sense of community among the tenants by organizing community activities, some of which benefit local charities. I highly recommend Montrachet."

"I have had maintenance issues, including an inoperable ice maker since August (move in month) it took 4 months to get a string added to my fan so I could adjust the speeds as well as repair a large hole on the wall so that my towel rack would not come out at the slightest touch. I love living here for all reasons other than the staff and the way they treat their tenants. They will host great events and make it feel like a home, until the moment something isn’t operating (my entire renting experience so far) and part of a positive living experience would be to have a home that operates as advertised upon touring and online. Do not recommend if you want a working home, or for your home to repaired within a reasonable timeframe."

"I am enjoying my new Montrachet apartment home. Before moving to Denver six weeks ago I visited several apartment properties in the Denver West area. Montrachet stood out to me then as the best and my choice has been validated since moving in. The front office staff are super friendly and helpful. I have been impressed with the prompt response to maintenance requests. The property is well maintained and the amenities are excellent. They just finished a renovation of the workout facility last week. The location is convenient to shopping, I-70, Golden, and hiking on South Table. I am happy to be here."
