"We have lived at Rocket Pointe for one and a half years now and love it! The location is great, right on the Animas River Trail, which is perfect for running, biking, or walking. We often walk the mile to the movie theater, and occasionally walk all the way into downtown Durango (~4.5 miles). We have only had very minor maintenance issues, and the maintenance staff were prompt and friendly. The office staff is also extremely friendly and professional. We like having access to an outdoor pool and hot tub, the fire pits, the gym, and the clubhouse. All are very nice and well maintained."
