"I love the townhome that I rent here! There's great light through the windows with a nice view out the front and back of the unit. I enjoy sitting out on the balcony. Modern appliances with a full washer/ dryer in unit. Neighbors are very quiet and friendly. Grassy area with small creek out front. Huge garage plus parking available in lot. Central AC and heat work well. My landlord is awesome and quickly fixes things. I highly recommend this place!"
"Great for colleges students on a budget that still need to be close to town. Most apartments have updated appliances with sizable balconies. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare but there's always something. The drive into the parking lot is a HUGE turn off and it should have been fixed months ago. I have friends and family who drive in through the neighboring apartments lot just to get in to LCV. There is a great park for dogs and a leisurely sunny day. Not a bad place to live."
"Only thing, small yard for dogs and no one picks up poop... Otherwise I LOVE my apartment, CENTRAL HEATING AND AIR!! Landlords are very reasonable, just be honest and upfront...just don't have another random problem each month... overall, I love it and would recommend it if you can pay your rent on time!!"
"Compact shopping center with several stores and restaurants crammed into a corner location. It is not easy to find a particular place, but just look around and wander a bit and things start to sort themselves out. Balcony Bar is great for food and beer on days when the weather is nice."
