The staff made amazing suggestions, helped us when we needed it and made our trip that much better. Highly recommend."

"Reserved a room for a basketball game. Game got canceled due to weather. Called to cancel room and general manager Cruz Baca and other employee Melissa were rude and not helpful at all. Pretty much told me I couldn't get a refund because of cancelation time. Which cancelation was out of my control but they didn't seem to care."

"Madison at the front desk has made our stay so sweet and memorable! She helped us find the best room then the best family activities! We usually stay at the double tree in Durango but have officially decided spring hill is our new go to! Thanks Madison & team!"

"Absolutely awful experience with customer service and maintenance to the property. My son was injured our first day of vacation at this property by their pool maintenance negligence and the cover on the pool light being off of the wall with a screw hanging out cutting his foot open and receiving 9 stitches in his foot. The owner nor the manager never checked on him, never offered any compensation for our inconvenience and now refusing to pay for the emergency room bill that was caused by their negligence. They refuse to communicate with us to get this situation resolved and this ruined our Christmas trip for our kids. Highly recommend staying somewhere else for your safety and with a property that can handle business appropriately."

"Typical for the chain and brand in terms of overall feel and amenities. Service was hit and miss, Rooms were hit and miss. To further elaborate, we had 2 separate reservations as my fiance and I had the same idea about going to Durango for the weekend after Christmas. However, the dates were different. We took our family for separate train rides and activities. The first room was kinda dirty but not bad just random things here and there. The second was much cleaner and better location overall. The service was miss because I requested extra towels and linens and they never came. This chain and brand is pretty typical on family outings because our family make up and size. This location is ideal for the town and activities in the area. Price was on par with the brand and location. I did decide to skip breakfast because I wasn't too impressed with it. Overall, we will use this location on future trips."
