"My husband and I spent the weekend here. The time we spent In town was wonderful. Although time spent inThe room was horrible. The bed was very uncomfortable Obvious it's an old mattress which caused back pain. When you used the microwave it's shut all power in the room. Bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor. And tiles were broken and very unsafe.not to mention found dirty rag with your face and hand towels. When I called and requested extra towels we never received them it took a second request to receive towels. I would not recommend this place at all."

"The guy at the front desk was rude, the pool was closed and under construction. Which they should have mention on their website. The floor in our room has never been cleaned. My sons socks turned black at the bottom from dust and dirty. Plus there was food smudges on the floor. Which u couldn't see unless ur at an angle due to the floor being grey. Our room smelled heavily of cigarettes. My side of the wall had booger smudges. This hotel is good for just a one night low budget stay. I think they edited some of there photos they post or used different hotel pictures."

"Location was perfect for my group. The room had everything we needed. Smart Tv, LED mirrors, and comfortable bedding. Plenty of mirrors in the room Cleanliness could do better, but the housekeeper I spoke with was very kind and hospitable. Laundry boy was also very kind. 10/10 to the front desk staff. Varum at the front desk is amazing, and helped us out in every way we needed! He should definitely get a bonus, raise, or promotion, for such great service to guests. Staff is great!"

"We decided to stay at a different motel in Durango since all recent 5 star reviews look fake. The legit reviews mention no heat, a lack of cleanliness, and the pool area being closed. Don't pay a click farm in India to write you a bunch of fake positive reviews. Get your place in order and we'll be happy to stay there next time we're in town."

"If I could give 0 stars I would... I reserved 2 rooms at Baymont both for 2 nights. I have attached pictures of the accommodations. I would have taken more photos if i knew what a hassle it would be to get a refund for the rooms. The heater was physically broken and would not turn on in one room and the other had a tilted beds (this is not suitable when one of the guests has a cpap and is asthmatic). A broken heater is not okay when it is 25°. I also reserved a queen suite room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds with a couch. Neither of the rooms had that. I was informed that the entire motel did not have a queen suite. Both rooms were dirty and the pool was not functional like they had advertised. The staff was less than helpful and the manager gave a one night refund when the motel was not even safe to sleep in. I had to reserve another hotel last minute."
