"The place went downhill. 1.) The ladies purses were never checked before. Owner claimed is to make sure she didn’t bring any weapons, yet didn’t check any of guys jackets. Clearly it’s to make sure you don’t bring alcohol shooters, but she won’t tell you that. I guess I understand. It’s place of business and they want to make sure you buy THEIR alcoholic beverages, but why lie to your customer about the reason? 2.) Back in the day if our time was up, we could always extend. Nowadays they lie that no rooms are available and you can not extend the time Yet we checked on a way to restroom, there were at least 3 empty rooms (perhaps equipment don’t work in those rooms or else) 3.) I invited a few Russian-speaking friends because they used to have a Russian music selection, they don’t anymore. When asked what happened the lady said: it had no popularity. Later, I asked the guy on premises, he said Russian music was pulled off when Ukraine special operation had started. Clearly she lied again. Good thing is they got YouTube(see more about it later) 4.) Medium room had a charge of $25 a hour, now its $55/hour for 8 people $65/hour for 10 people. I understand COVID affected the consumer cost, but more than double? Even cars went up 25-40%, not 100+% 5.) Rooms get hot, I have asked twice to turn AC and she claimed she did and either their AC ducts need serious cleaning or she turned AC at 75F They give you small fan, which is a joke. We’ve been there 2 hours and I’ve been charged $185… some weird taxes they do I wanted to leave these horrible premises so fast, I just threw money on the table and decided not to confront or ask for an explanation On positive note: they added YouTube, but how greedy can you be? Not even YouTube Premium for your customers? What was $185 for 2 hours for medium room of 9 people if food and drinks we ordered were paid PRIOR and NOT included in main ROOM ONLY bill? Overpriced, old equipment, lies and greed Never coming back here, huge degradation from what it once was I used to recommend this as #1 karaoke, stay away…"

"First time here for a birthday party, the set up is great! Wish they opened earlier than 5:30 to be truly family friendly. The food is fresh and fried, so manage expectations (although the wings were surprisingly good!) There's a full bar for mixed drinks but for wines theres only korean rice wine. We didbt ask about beer selection. Staff was so friendly. The tech set up is great with the youtube console. Recommend for a fun gathering!"

"This place was amazing, service was so good and we had an absolute blast. My only complaint is the large room with a large group got so unbelievably hot. Half our group had to just go stand outside most of the time towards the end because it was so, so hot. Other than that though we had an amazing time!"

"This place was amazing! The staff was fun, welcoming, and just so friendly. The soju selection was great and delicious. The rooms were fun, private, and felt like our own party. The place is overall amazing with the only downside I would say is with our larger group it was kind of hot. They did have a nice fan in the room but unfortunately with all our fun it got it pretty hot still. Still can't wait to come back!! Thank you so much!"
