"This location is always close or has limited hours, but there is no way to know when they’re open until you drive out there and read the sign on the door."

"I visited this place three times. The first was a Saturday so my bad. The next was a Tuesday at 1pm only to read that they're open daily from 3 to 8pm, ok non worries. Go back at 4.30pm only to find they're closed through August 1st. I'll go back again in August if I could give a zero I would. Very hard to return a package at this location."

"I used to work here and left due to my health being affected and them not caring. It is hard labor, and I loved the work and hated the superiors. They let the power get to their heads. Could have been a great place to work. But most people are harassed and mistreated, and no one wants to speak up because it will put a target on their back. Unless huge changes are made, it is not a good place to work at all!!"

"I was seeking my package after a miss delivery and the people at their customer center went out of their way to attempt to find my package. They didn't find it in my initial visit, but they took down my number just in case it was found. I got a call from them later in the day after they found the package and they helped me in getting it out of the center (it was a big package)"

"I'm sitting at this location again for the third time. About an hour into my 3 hour wait just for to check and see if they have the package they said was here a 5 days ago. I'm only halfway through the line. There are 27 people in line in a small office with no chairs to sit in. They claim there is no bathroom. When they make us wait for hours. There is no organization nor helpful for fast people working here. The one lady they have is terribly slow. They can't hold a package for two weeks and give the customer the run around and when he goes to the back he finds his package within 10 mins. This is craziness. This location is NOT A GOOD OPTION FOR HOLDING YOU PACKAGES FOR PICKUP! DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS HERE."
