"COMPLAINT, 11-15-2023 DRIVER TOOK ALMOST 2 HOURS TO COME PICK ME UP, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED. WAITED AS LONG AS I COULD AND THEN I LEFT. I STRUGGLED WITH HEAVY BACKPACK TO GET HOME NEEDED RIDE FROM U BUT DRIVER TOOK TOO LONG TO ARRIVE. WHAT ABOUT A PERSON WHO IS BLIND OR DEAF OR WHEEL CHAIR AND NEEDS THE RIDE HOME? I NEEDED IT TOO BUT WAITED ALMOST 2 HOURS. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS BETTER."

"This company really deserves a negative five stars the man that picked me up yelled at me because I couldn't understand what he was saying because their English isn't the best so when I said I don't understand what you're saying he started yelling at me saying I'm your driver I'm your driver also when we pulled off he never stopped at the stop sign he barely stopped at the traffic lights and then once I arrived to my appointment I went in had my appointment when it was over I waited an hour and 15 minutes to get picked up by this company which when I got to the vehicle the driver already had another passenger in the car which I didn't understand and then he screamed at me because he said he had been looking for me which I'm outside standing waiting for the phone call that never happened so when I did see the vehicle I didn't expect anyone else to be in it besides me and he yelled at me also and told me that I could walk home if I didn't want to get in the vehicle while he had another passenger I do not recommend this company whatsoever"

"Would not recommend this service. As someone who works in a senior living community, we had a resident utilize their transportation services today and both they and myself were not impressed. After spending more than an hour on the phone earlier in the week to even get our appointment set up, the driver showed up today approximately 45 minutes late and as a result, our resident was late for their doctor appointment. The driver did not speak English, despite our building and our resident trying their absolute best to tell them where they were going to and that they needed to get there at a certain time. After drop off, the driver proceeded to leave the parking lot of our community with his trunk wide open. One of our staff member caught him and pushed it closed. Extremely unprofessional, and not a pleasant experience for our resident."

"This company is a joke, they are contracted by the government to provide services to people that need assistance. Well my wife is a quadriplegic and has no ability to move from the neck down, this facility shows up in equipment not like you see on their website but equipment that is junk and or to small to accommodate but they shove her into this van, breaking parts on her chair with no intent to fix them. This company ( Midtown Express) has taken my wife to therapy many times and has abandoned her for times over half an hour to 1.5hrs after her appointment is over leaving her just to sit there and they think that this is ok... This is totally wrong and this is what our county (Adam County) recommends plain disgusting. I hope that anyone that cares about their loved ones do not use this company, for my loved one will never use this service ever again!! Update 12-8-18 so this company called to say they are not going to service my wifes contract because I was rude and yelled at them. You blamed it all on me Who ever called or emailed Adam's county is a Coward you could not even own your own actions. I mean come on Alex, you and your team left my wife sitting in a position of being vulnerable on so many levels, did you forget the world is full of crazy people and my wife cannot protect herself !! You deserved to be yelled at. I really hope everyone takes this into consideration before using this company.."
