"I recently converted a home into a rental property in Cortez. Unfortunately, living in Denver made this not so easily done. Luckily for me, I chose to utilize Sage Properties! They had the best response time, gave good advice on the fix-up and they were very professional. Oliver said he thought that the place would rent for $1300, at least $1200, once I went with his suggested repairs (which his team did, professionally) including new flooring, carpets, etc. Well, I was delighted to hear that we got it rented for $1500, in winter, no mean feat..."
