"The best advise I can offer is be very careful working with this company. My experience was that the shipment from them was a total screw up. We contracted through Easy Auto Ship. We paid a premium because our moving dates were very tight with no margin. The request was to pick our car up in California on 23 April and deliver it no later than 27 April in the Denver Area. Zip 2 Zip bid for the job - we accepted. Immediately after picking up the work order, Zip 2 Zip tried to change the order to pick up on 22 April. We were unable to support. After working with both Easy Auto and Zip 2 Zip, the car was picked up on the desired day. No details were provided on the planned deliver date - we assumed that the order was explicit and the terms were accepted. As always, when you assume, you are generally disappointed. Starting on 26 April, messages were left with Easy Auto and with Zip 2 Zip requesting a status. No messages were returned from Zip 2 Zip. On 29 April, I notified Zip 2 Zip of my intent to file a stolen car report with the federal authorities as this was a potential car theft that crossed state lines. Finally, I received a call back. I learned that the car was on the Zip 2 Zip lot less than 5 miles from my office. The We paid a 30-50% premium to ensure our dates. Our car was delivered over 1 week late. The service was substandard. I paid for a premium service and got something substantially less without even an apology."

He is both friendly and professional. We also found their price to be very competitive vs using a broker. It is worth emailing them for a COD bid."
