"We rented a bus with Sara and Ace for our wedding this past weekend. Sara was a great communicator and worked with us as we were not sure how many folks needed transportation at the time of booking. Sara allowed for us to make changes to our contract in a timely manner when we didn't need what we had originally planned for. We had nothing but compliments from guests about the driver and the timeliness of the trips. I will 100% recommend Ace in the future!"

"Relocated from AZ to work for these people only to get fired after 3 days into training because of supposed attendance issues. Got sick on the 3rd day of training and told to "not bother" coming in Friday for fear of getting staff sick but to make the hour plus drive on Monday from my newly rented apt of 2 weeks to continue training and was blown off, ignored, then fired via email while still on the property after waiting 2hrs to meet with the safety manager which still never happened. What a joke! Now I'm homeless and without a job. They KNEW my situation, and never once did I not communicate with them, nor did they work with me & my situation or suggest an alternative only to be put in this type of situation during holiday and winter season?! I'm glad I found out who they truly were before I got too invested with the woods. Disgraceful and highly unprofessional. Never in my 51 yrs have I been treated so unjustly by an employer. Wish I didn't have to leave a star at all to leave a review. Can't wait to see what they come up with as a response..."

"Two very rude drivers downtown at Sheridan. I pulled thru to pick up a friend who was in the elevator coming down with multiple suitcases, and two different drivers got very confrontational claiming they had exclusive use of the circle drive. I explained when they were fully loaded I would be glad to get out of their way as I knew they had scheduled to keep. My friend had to walk two blocks so they could have exclusive use of the driveway, while the bus never moved. There was plenty of room for me to wait. No room for compromise, no team work but instead when I came around the block to get a 2nd load of suitcases the same driver was standing there smoking with no passengers. The proper answer would have been “I will be leaving in about ten minutes, can you make sure I can leave” instead of honking horns."

"Rented three small buses for mountain wedding ceremony with 70 people. Two of the three buses broke down, one with a broken serpentine belt, one with a coolant issue. 2/3 of my wedding guests were stranded on the side of the road for hours, and we never made it to our ceremony site. Made it back to reception venue, which charged us another $2500 for hosting the ceremony. Ace Express Coaches ruined my wedding, and has only refunded me the money I paid them. Do not trust your event to this company."
