"My soul food is pho. From the outside, the restaurant just blends into the rest of the strip mall, but from the moment you walk into the door, you're submerged into a beautiful cultural atmosphere. Not sure the music was authentic to the culture, but I didn't mind it because the pho was hot and delicious. Arrived with plenty of raw bean sprouts and fresh basil. The dumplings were yummy too! Can't wait to go back!"

This is the best pho I've ever had and I am so grateful that they took the time to develop and elevate their vegetarian broth to a depth of flavor typically reserved for meat broth.
