"I shipped a package filled with my clothes about a week ago. The package has not been shipped by UPS yet and I have no new information on the package. The estimated delivery date was four days ago and it still says that is the estimated delivery date (despite it not even being shipped). Not only do I not have information, when I tried to call for help they would repeatedly not pick up the phone. My mom called today and (they finally picked up) the lady said that she would look into it, but it is still very unlikely that the package will be found. The lady also complained about how long it would take when my mom asked her to look into it, but at least she is looking into it. Maybe this doesn't happen too often, but this has never happened when I ship packages at any other UPS store. Don't come here. Just go to another UPS store nearby. I'm happy to change my review if I can get some help!!!"

"Oscar and Beverly are the greatest! There are closer locations to me but I make the drive to this one b/c of the wonderful and trustworthy staff. Update: Had to lower this score bc of the bad response I got today when I inquired why customers couldn’t require a signature on a return envelope. Basically, customers can’t do this in the store but can do it online themselves and seems complicated and annoying. So ridiculous and should be the opposite. I work at a university and told students to make sure they get a signature required for the return of their visa documents and passport and I was surprised today when a student told me they can’t do that. I called this location to voice my concern and they agreed with me but I can’t support UPS if this is the response I get. I gave UPS a chance to redeem themselves too after an absolutely horrible experience with them returning a package out of state with no reason. They also almost returned my passport I had sent to this store with the poor excuse it was bc of a new employee. I was impressed at the time how they handled it but after the conversation today I can’t recommend UPS over other companies now. This is UPS in general and not this particular location but since that was the response I got today when I called this location I thought I trusted, I def. won’t recommend or go out of my way anymore to go here like I used to. I won’t recommend any UPS store in the future either."

"I feel like UPS stores rarely have such a high rating, but after talking on the phone with Oscar a few times about my shipment, I can understand why it has such a high rating. Oscar was super helpful with advice for sending my shipment to the UPS store for pickup. Made the process simple. Thank you!"

"Beverly and the team were so helpful in assisting us with sending bikes and boxes for our long distance move. They assured us our valuables would arrive within a few days which they did in perfect condition. The nearby FedEx store was not able to accommodate this shipping request so this store really came through for us in a crunch."

"This UPS Store in Golden has handled my mail for almost 5 years. That is a long time to experience how a business is run. I cannot say enough good things about this business and its employees. They constantly deal with a customer base that is sometimes patient and understanding and sometimes, not. I have witnessed first hand their patience and knowledge in dealing with customers and they are fantastic. I looked at the lower ratings here, not understanding how these could be valid and I see that most of them are due to process issues which are completely out of control of the the Store itself. I can vouch that they do their utmost to help customers get their tasks completed in the most efficient and cost effective way. I HIGHLY recommend this Store for any tasks that need to be done as they are pleasant and as helpful as they can possibly be!!"
