"This establishment was one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased three cookies, but received only one whole and a half, with another completely broken. When I requested a glass of water, the attendant informed me that they could not provide it, as it was not included in the order. As for the coffee, although I ordered a large portion, the volume served was significantly less than expected for a large cup. Moreover, the lid was not properly secured, resulting in spills on my clothes and in the car. The service was regrettable, highlighting the need for comprehensive improvements."

"They pull your car forward for 2 sandwiches and a small fry. In what world is it acceptable to wait like 12-20 minutes for 2 burgers that take less than 5 minutes to cook and prepare?"

"Had a very rude experience with one of their young female Hispanic employees on a late weekday night. I was told to pull into the parking lot number 1 but I forgot to ask for sauce so I waited at the window for 5 minutes waving my hand and saying excuse me for her to barely look at me and when she did she just ignored me and pretended I wasn’t there. So I pulled into the parking lot number and waited for my food. Then it was delivered by the employee who had a very bad attitude. Customer service here is a joke, I wouldn’t recommend eating here."

"The biscuits could be a little better. Often times they’re hard . The people are nice but quite often they take a long time to answer you and I understand that they’re busy, but they should always acknowledge you and just say give me one moment please and not wait minutes before they say something like that, other than that everything else is great."

"Every time I have to go to this location something goes wrong. The last and greatest feat of theirs was crafting a spicy McChicken with American cheese, no lettuce, no mayo, and TARTAR SAUCE. We were the only ones in the drive thru. It feels intentional at this point."
