"I worked at a supply in texas for four years. It was locally owned and operated and we also made mistakes, but I never gave customers the wrong product and when asked for it to be delivered was given an attitude. On 12/14/2022 I ordered 6ft of 1 1/2" flex, 2x 1 1/2" flex straps, and 2x 1 1/2 " flex connectors. I sent someone to pick it up and they gave her 6ft of 1" flex, 2x 1 1/4" straps, and 2x 1 1/4" connectors. This is beyond ignorance of electrical products and I would never recommend them to anyone!"

I noted other customers returning incorrect orders all 3 times I visited the shop.
