"We are a vendor and Kvia in the commercial area at this location really turned things around! In the past, it felt like the people in advanced commercial didn't care. Kvia does, really works hard and goes the extra mile for us! She makes it easy when we are in a jam and need help finding something. During normal delivery hours, or after, she gets the job done and has saved us on numerous occasions. I never have the issue of the incorrect parts here, they are always right! It's just easier here and that's why I'm spending the time on this review. Our company works on exotic cars from Ferrari to Nissan GT-R so most auto parts stores don't carry stuff for that kind of vehicle. Kvia goes out of her way every time to try to do the best she can to find me something small (like a brake return spring) that would fit my Ferrari when no one else would. If we worked on regular vehicles (sometimes we do) I make sure to buy everything from this locations commercial desk first. They are quick and always have the right part. Thanks for the great service and having such a good person at the counter! It makes a big difference and people notice."

"Dillon went above and beyond to accommodate me not wanting to shut my car off to come inside. Despite being the only employee on the floor at that time, he came out and ran the codes showing on my car and let me know what was needed to replace the sensor. Top notch service - thank you, Dillon!"
"Stopped in for a battery, rags & socket wrench set. The place wasn’t too busy. Brought in my old battery and got a new one. Was charged for my core and had to go back in to tell him. Maybe it’s because I’m a female… either way, got it handled. Would rather shop at the one on the south side!"
