"Unfortunately my new diehard $230$$ battery for my Tahoe was leaking ..at the positive terminal..so it died over a day or 2 twice..I finally convinced the mgr..TO exchange for same exact..diehard..but they refused to remove or install the battery..claimed it must be professional installed..so in 15 minutes I did it myself..at 80 yrs old ..now it is working perfect..but it took too long and they were unable or unwillig..."
"Big shout out to Tony and his manager (whose name I didn’t get) for all that they did to get us back on the road. We drove to CO from WI. We had a little brake issue and the manger too his own vehicle to get to another Advanced Auto Parts to get the parts we needed for our vehicle. Without his kindness and expertise, we would not have gotten back on the road. We are forever grateful for their assistance and support. Highly recommend this location!"

"Employee almost rang me up for 350+ bucks to do an oil change for a truck and car. If I hadn't seen the computer he was using I wouldn't have known why it was so expensive. Even after "making sure" it was just registering the stuff I needed, I was still charged for an extra oil filter. Will not be going back to this location ever again."
