"Oscar is a super star! I can’t express how grateful I am for all of his help. I had battery problems, but my battery was under warranty from another auto parts company. He tested the battery and alternator to help diagnose the problem. The other company would replace my battery but would not remove or install it for me. Oscar removed mine, and once I went to the other store and for the new one, he installed it for me! He also looked into why I was having these problems and found the answer for me. I will only used this store for anything I will need for my car in the future. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone that needs something from an auto parts store! "A few months ago, my car was having trouble starting and I suspected it was the battery. Went to Advance Auto and was helped by the nicest associate, Danie! She was so easy going and helpful! (We had a good laugh because she asked if I might be able to move my car closer to the front of the store and my battery was so close to dead, it almost didn't start!) She explained the tests she was doing just to confirm that it was likely the battery and not something more involved and then cheerfully swapped out the battery. She just had a really great personality and made a mildly stressful situation much more pleasant!! Thank you!"
