"I had one simple question and the manager yelled at me, then picked up the phone while I was still standing there and started yelling at employees on the other line. Thankful for the sweet gal that took time to answer my question. My experience with AutoZone has been friendly , helpful employees but I won't be going back to this one, I will find another one in town to help me. I understand having a bad morning but don't take it out on the customers and definitely don't yell at employees while a customer is standing right there."

"Had issue with battery went in today and the store manager I've seen before but this 1st x I had the opportunity to be helped by him. My family has always used auto zone in other states and I've used this location since moving here. I always leave a happy customer. Today they put in my new battery and even put on windshield wipers I purchased and refilled my solution for me. I was so grateful I took donuts to them from a nearby donut shop."
