"I have been buying paint from this store for about five years. The staff is always very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I call in my order and have never had any problem with my paint not being ready when I am ready to pick it up. The coloring is always spot on and while each job may call for different paint finishes the staff always helps me to get the right paint for the job. If you are looking for a store to window shop or fufu “let’s design” this is not the store for you but if you know your design colors and just need a good staff and timely pickup, this is the store. I have gone to other Sherwin Williams stores and have been sadly disappointed. I always notice that this is where the tradesmen buy their paint. While I do not do this as a living, I do take on projects from time to time. I am still treated with utmost respect. Kudos to all the employees that work here."

"I recommend going to another location. For the amount of money they charge for paint, their customer service should be top notch. Very disappointed with their weekend staff. The employees literally looked at me while I was waiting and said, "He can wait." I won't be coming back to this location."
"Went in for a simple request or order. The dude working there Abel, was making everything complicated when it didn’t need to be. He also kept losing focus and talking about how his life sucked and tons of other billshit I could care less about. They need to move this guy to the back he should not be the face of this store."
"Do not know products or how to match very well. Of all my suppliers, Sherwin-Williams seems to be the least consistent. Their products can be good but their prices are terrible, unless you have an account."
