"Carpet Exchange did a fantastic job from the moment we walked into the store to the completion of our install. We'd done three previous quotes with other companies. One showed up to our house with only five samples, another lost our quote and wanted us to take off work so they could come measure again, and the third one we would never call us back with the quote. To say the least, we were apprehensive when we walked into the store. Randy put our concerns at ease and was so patient with us while we chose our carpeting. Savannah came and took our measurements and we had the quote soon thereafter. We split the install up between the basement and upstairs. Both teams were on time, and the install went smoothly and looks great."

"The flooring we received is beautiful, but the customer experience has not been great. We ordered our flooring and were told it would be delivered within a week or so. The salesperson even called me that evening to confirm the delivery date. The very next day we received a call saying that it actually wouldn’t be available for over a month. We then made plans with our contractor based on that information. The flooring ended up coming in early, which was great except we had already pushed our contractor’s dates out based on the info we had. Our original salesperson left the company in between ordering and delivery, so another salesperson took over our order. Today we realized that the transition strips weren’t in our delivery. I have it in email from our original salesperson that transition strips were included in our order, but they will not honor that and are forcing us to order and pay for more, further delaying our project, or figure out another solution. Edited to add: after escalating to a manager they are now honoring what we were told by our first salesperson. The product from Carpet Exchange is nice, but the customer service is lacking. I won’t be returning to this location when we replace the carpet in the rest of our house."

I had estimates for 2.5 times what we settled on to replace my countertops and I was able to get solid granite for 2.5 times less than a cheaper product I was quoted by three other other companies. Can beat the pricing here for Countertops. Greg was a pleasure to work with the install team was professional and quick coming on the days and times they said. It doesn't get any better."
