"Time served with this company was 19 years. Turn over is ridiculously high. Supervisors aren't held accountable for what happens in the workplace. There are safety hazards in the warehouse. There are conflicts of interest with Managers and associates living together and finding loop holes to get away with attendance issues. Rules are applied to certain employees. Favoritism is also an issue. Work place violence has been an issue . Employees are over worked and under paid. The positive benefit from this company was the medical insurance and getting paid weekly. Another violent conflict between employees breaks out recently due to someone harassing another coworker. Management decides to terminate the one being harassed and keeps the one that starts it. Wow.. Still the problems are not being solved. The harasser should've been fired also. As these incidents escalate at this company.. Something will not come good of these issues. Once again.. Management Handel's things wrong!!!! All this was on social media!!!! I saw it on Snapchat. management doesn't realized its on social media!!"
