"We had a great experience with Cenco! They communicated very well, confirmed the appointment, and Megan called to let me know when she was on the way. Megan was very friendly and professional! She performed a thorough inspection, and I was impressed by the video on top of the roof and her explanation of everything in detail. We would definitely recommend them!"

"The good: they did the work as promised in a relatively timely manner, especially considering all the rain the past week! I am grateful for that and optimistic that the roof remains in good shape and that if we have issues, Cenco will be good at following up. The bad: communication was not great. I received lots of "tentative" scheduling texts and no confirmations unless I followed up with their customer service. This was a little frustrating, but to an extent I understand because the weather was iffy. However, I wish they had at least communicated these changes instead of leaving me in the dark. Additionally, the company encouraged me to call references and ask some key questions, one of them being "did they clean up after they were done?". After their initial site visit, they left a mess of insulation under the attic on the carpet I had to clean up myself (see photo). It felt careless and completely contradicted something they had previously prided themselves on. Also, I was told I'd be visited by a sales associate to perform quality control. If that was performed, I never received confirmation that it actually happened and I wish I had present for that review."

"Great to work with Conner. We had a long wait for material. Kudos to the crew that had to shovel snow off the roof to install new shingles. Need the solar panels reinstalled and all will be good. Otherwise great to work with."

"Matt was great at explaining the process and answering my questions about the material. My roof was done in the middle of December so it's tricky with weather. The communication could be better with during the construction and afterwards since I have a duplex with tenants so I had to give them updates and communication. Overall, a good experience but could improve on communication and follow up to questions."
