"Never have I been treated so poorly. I walked I was asked if I needed help I said no. Then other person short woman asked if I needed help I again said no. Then she started following me around and asked again if I needed help. I told her if ace has what I am looking then I would find it. She continues to follow me around. I really felt like she was judging me by my appearance and that is not acceptable from anyone. If this happens again I will never return to this store."

"This is a review of their service center. They've been repairing my lawn mower for 3 months, every time I call I get the same response, "It will be ready tomorrow, it's in the shop, we will call you when it's ready". Come on. Generally speaking I prefer Ace to other big box hardware stores."
