"If I could leave a negative review I would. I have had nothing but bad experiences since day one. My original store was on 84th and Pecos, I was told I would be able to pick up my tv when I showed up the manager was extremely rude and fought with me over testing the tv before I left with it saying he would not be responsible if the tv was broken after he had just got done telling me that multiple tv’s were coming out of the warehouse broken. A few weeks later I had a delivery planned for 2 laptops they never showed up or called me so I ended up picking those up and come to find out they had lost on of the laptops. The last thing I ordered through them was my bedroom set that I had to reorder 3 different times because my order kept getting lost it took 3 weeks for them to finally deliver the bedroom set only to find out that it had no frame when they delivered it so I had to go down and pick that up also. The box spring and mirror was also broken when the delivered it and they said they would replace both of them it has been 3 months now multiple delivery times been scheduled with no shows or calls, multiple times being told they would call me back and never did, and countless conversations and being told they would fix it immediately and still haven’t. The 84th location was moved to the 1st and Wadsworth location and still the same treatment. I am now sleeping on the floor because the box spring has fallen apart so bad I can no longer use it. It’s funny how they can get away with selling broken merchandise but when you refuse to pay for stuff that is not usable they are right on top of that and treat you like crap and force you to still pay but yet refuse to fix stuff that is broken and pretend you don’t exist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!!!!"

"So I'm still waiting on my couch I ordered. Paid Feb 26 to start lease and it's now March 6. Never received a phone call about delivery. Waited about a week and I called them. After multiple attempts someone finally answered. Long story short. I was told delivery would be March 5 (yesterday). Never showed up. Never called or anything. Still waiting on that couch"

"I order a refrigerator back in January waited a whole month no one called for it to be delivered went back to store they had wrong phone number rhey said they try to call but ne er heard from . Went back on Feb 8th to check with them game them allupdated info set upto have it delivered on Feb 14th 2024 with all update info it is now 605 pm the were suppose to delivered between 10 and 3 pm could get anyone to answer phone there drove there made myself into building to talk to manager he said everything was out for delivered but he would call us back with information and never called back I am very un happy with this .when Dominick and Jeff were there it never was like this I am going to boycott that no one every shops there anymore. Customer service sucks you need to train employees and managers how to do their job . Very disappointing from this place on 98 wadsworth Lakewood Colorado would love a response from. A head district manager to contact me"

"Called this location over 15 attempts. NO ONE ANSWERS. Spoke to someone after the 15th attempt and they said someone would call me back. Never happened. My opinion this is terrible customer service. You can never get a hold of any at this location. I recommend going elsewhere, where your business Is appreciated. Get it together A A Ron."
