"I’m currently writing this review IN STORE. I’ve been standing at the framing counter for a solid 20 minutes now. I’ve pressed the button multiple times for service and as I’ve stood here and waited, I’ve helped at lead 8 customers with things they needed. Keep in mind, I don’t work here, I’ve never worked here, and all of my knowledge is based on frequent trips here. Not once have I seen an actual employee. I’ve complained about this before to the general manager and it looks like my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. I won’t be coming to Michaels in the future."

"I order a lot from Michael's and often have to go to different stores. I've never been treated so rudely! And... you can't take their carts outside! I had 4 large items and had to make several trips with no offers of help. Will definitely not be returning to this store."

"Very thankful for the help of Greg! During a busy time of year he not only answered my questions by phone, he also verified the items I needed were in stock. When I arrived everything was easy to find and the checkout was quick. Thanks Greg!"

"Michael's I had a new problem with. I ordered two things I received one make it in charge me for the second one but I wished They would let me know the greeting Carrier is certain product at this store. Not only that the guy was kind of rude about it"

"Manager Greg was very rude. I smiled and said hi to him and he gave me an angry look and walked right past me. The girl at the pickup counter was really nice. My order was ready quickly. I just hope manager Greg has a better day tomorrow"
