"This place has horrible customer service. I placed an inflated balloon order a day prior for next day pick up and then to find out on the day of arrival that my order was placed in the wrong box and had to wait another 20 minutes for my balloons. Do not waste your time placing an order with them when King Soopers does a better job in less the time. Their clerks also seem not to know what what they provide when asking for general party supplies. I will not be supporting this specific location and will try the other Denver West location."

"Staff was super friendly and outgoing even after another "customer" in line ahead of me yelled at them even though it appeared they were simply short staffed, it was very appreciated and professional, I will be coming back!!"

"One register opened during rush hour. Waited 20 minutes in line as the one cashier (found out he was the manager) helped this “customer “ on her multi balloons. She acted like she was the only customer in the store. Poor customer service on the manager. The excuse was they could not open up another register because it was locked from day shift. Poor customer service!"

EMILY G hung up on me repeatedly, unprofessional and extremely rude on the day of my sons birthday with faulty products purchased from their location. Instead of offering a simple resolution to fix their faulty products , I received attitude , hung up on and very unprofessional behavior . I recommend going to Alyssa at the Westminster location for outstanding service . This store and employees deserve not a penny more from anyone . Looking forward to the closure of this store in the near future and seeing something better placed here."
