"What a treat! Doc and Judith made us feel completely at home and treated us to a lovely breakfast and great conversations. They were flexible and helpful with the logistics of parking on site, which allowed us to take advantage of everything the area has to offer on foot. As architects, we enjoyed the historical building and all of the details inside which made it so beautiful. It was a home away from home. We hope to stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay with Doc and Judith. They were extremely thoughtful and assured we had everything we needed.The room was clean and the bed was beyond comfortable. This B&B is in walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and bars. No Uber needed because it's located in the best Denver neighborhood. They also have two adorable dogs. We are recommending to all our friends and can't wait to go back."

"Doc and Judith were excellent hosts. Their property is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to a lot of restaurants and bars on Broadway. Very comfortable rooms and you’re provided a big breakfast with plentiful coffee. They have 2 really nice golden doodles too, a bonus for all dog lovers out there. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Denver."

"We stayed at Off Broadway Bed and Breakfast in Denver for three nights last week and had a very enjoyable stay. We were working a trade show, so we were up early and back in the evenings. We were hosted by Doc, along with the two poodles, Wilson and Lucy (who are very sweet!). Our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Due to a very early start the first day, we were not able to have breakfast, but Doc came through with wonderful coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled egg, fresh baguettes and butter, among other treats. We also enjoyed the company from abroad who were visiting Denver at the same time. The only downside was the noise the first night from the pub across the street (although I did hear it was a very good pub!) I would certainly recommend staying in this warm 1892 home Off Broadway!"
