"The entire staff have been so helpful and welcoming. The property is kept very clean and quiet, and I appreciate that they no longer even run carpeting in their hallways. I have been here for a few weeks, and when an issue with my smoke alarm came up one night, David, the manager, made sure that the problem was solved by lunch the next day. It was a very good choice indeed for our needs."

"my family are currently staying in this extended. Stay and from the time that we booked our room. We have had an amazing experience. I've never received a phone call to give me a heads app on how to check in after check in time. And they called me to let me know that the lady was pleasant. Sweet and very kind. And then when we arrived it was the same lady who shared the same sweet and kindness that she had over the phone in person and for me. That means everything because since COVID has come. Service has been c*****, and to experience a place that's still values. Treating customers like they are valuable and worst respect that for me is 5 stars on its own. Now, the cleanliness of the room 5 stars the space in the room 5 stars. Everything has been top-notch service. I had an issue today. Were the phone. Wouldn't let me dail out and I called the front desk. They sent up maintenance 5 minutes later, not later that day or the next day and pretty much assessed. It said that there's not a whole lot. They can do immediately but what they. What they can do is put us in a different unit solution. Solved, that is a 100% turnaround for me. And I will come back to stay in this hotel again. Because this experience is definitely a breath of fresh air and lets me know that all service in the world has not gone to c*** So thank you very much extended stay. I wanna thank David for coming up and checking my room and the beautiful lady at the front desk. You are so sweet and kind. Thank you so much. We appreciate your service, your kindness and your professionalism."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Very safe, the staff were on top of everything going on in and around this hotel. Keisha (hope I spelled her name right) was wonderful and very helpful getting me checked in. I arrived too early to check in the first day of my reservation, and she let me use the bathroom even though I was early. She put me on the first floor after I requested. I also had to stay an extra day and she helped me figure out how to do that. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel, and will check in again if ever I’m traveling that way."
