"Please consider staying at another hotel in Denver, such as Brown Palace or Meridien. I requested cancellation of a booking 2 weeks ahead of time, due to the fact that my Denver trip was canceled. Manager would not refund me the cost of the room for the 2 nights, and did not offer an option for later rescheduling. Regardless of the large amount of money lost, it is a shame to see an establishment disregard the importance of good customer service, as all representatives I spoke with were dismissive and inhumane. I have spoke with many who have had similar experiences."

His dedication to providing top-notch service truly set Hotel Teatro apart from other establishments I have visited. In addition to Matthew's outstanding service, the hotel itself was exceptional. The accommodations were luxurious, the amenities were plentiful, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. From the stylish decor to the delicious dining options, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Overall, I cannot recommend Hotel Teatro highly enough, and much of that recommendation is due to the exemplary service provided by Matthew. His commitment to excellence is commendable, and I look forward to returning to Hotel Teatro in the future, knowing that I will be in good hands thanks to employees like him. And there was free beer and wine from 5pm to 6pm the evening of my stay!"

"Top class service and rooms. The bed was divine and the room layout was elegant and functional. I’d love to stay here again when I’m traveling through Denver. I had my little dog with me and was tired from a few days of driving, so it was nice to be at a hotel where every person I interacted with was wonderful and helpful. The Nickel staff and food were also fantastic."

"The rooms were nice but the experience was awful. There was once man at the front desk William I believe who was super helpful and valet was great. I booked a room with 2 beds for 3 adults. We were traveling and it was only a 3 hour drive but turned into more like 8 with weather and traffic. We were so exhausted ready to get some rest and enjoy our time in the city before another long day on the road. They changed our room to a 1 bed and a pull out sofa. Was super excited about the soaker tub which was the whole reason for booking the hotel but didn’t even have time because when we got there the restaurant had closed 2 hours early so we had to try and find a walkable place to eat which took forever. By time we got back we were beyond exhausted. The springs on the pull out couch were no help. Didn’t get to use the food or beverage credit I had for being a platinum VIP. William was the saving Grace by trying to help us out because everyone else was rude and completely dismissive."

"Natalie at the front desk is incredible. Stayed here this past weekend, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating when I realized I booked the wrong room. She also was incredibly kind to my 15 month old son and made us feel very welcome. We ended up in a Junior Suite, it was perfect. I would definitely stay again. The service and staff were exceptional. The food onsite is very good. And the location was more than ideal."
