Reviews
"Whoever the blonde is that was working this afternoon is rude and careless. I waited at the counter for several minutes to purchase a few things. I eventually see she was at the entrance talking to whoever was working next to the shop not caring about what was going on in her store. I eventually saw my husband walk in and had him tell her I was ready and then she finally came over and was completely rude. The only reason I waited is because my daughter really wanted the one thing she held throughout the whole shopping experience . Then I heard her scuff on my way out. Very professional."
"Recently visited this store and was helped with finding a game my kids wanted. The service was very good."
"The lady tried to charge us 3 times for the same toy instead of ringing up everything individually. Everything was priced differently and the one item she kept trying to ring up was the most expensive item we had. It was bizarre. She was incredibly rude when we caught what she was doing. Won't be going back."
"The lady with the long brunette hair is rude. It’s a toy store but she will not let the kids play with the toys. My son was playing with the toy cars and she said he had to leave them on the rack and not touch them. Every time we have gone there she hovering over kids and making them put things away. It’s not fun or welcoming in there at all. I would never spend money there with that attitude."
"My children were looking at the toys when the brunette with curly hair and glasses said bye several times and rushed them out the door. It was 5:40pm. The mall closes at 6pm. I came around the corner and then she said we had 6 minutes. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and I will not shop there and will tell my friends not to shop there to experience such lack of respect and customer service. Poor experience. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore or for that matter common courtesy. She should find another job that isn’t customer service oriented or children oriented. She’s the last person I would want my kids around."
