From the moment we stepped in, we were engulfed in the intricately designed puzzles and the immersive room that had us hooked until the very end. But what truly made our adventure standout was our game master, Kirsten. Her kindness and informative guidance throughout the game were unparalleled. Not only did she provide the perfect balance of hints to keep us on track, but her enthusiasm also significantly enhanced our enjoyment. Kirsten's ability to engage with players and elevate the escape room experience is commendable. We can't thank her enough for making our visit so memorable and fun. "My wife and I tried this place out for the first time and had a weird experience. The room we were doing wasn't too hard and we were "technically" finding all the correct answers but could not get any one locks or puzzles to work correctly. It got so bad that the attendant came in and verifies that the puzzles were broken. They apologized profusely and offered us a new escape room on a different day, no charge. The second room was a lot of fun and we had a blast! I'm greatfull that they took the time to confirm their puzzles were broken and then made up for it in a kind and respectful manner. Definitely recommend them for a fun experience!"

"Best escape room in the Springs. I booked online, but when we got there, we technically didn’t have enough people for the room we booked. But the employee (so sorry I didn’t get his name) was so kind and went over in detail which rooms we should pick from, and we just had him surprise us! Best decision ever, we had a blast. First time I’ve “escaped” but it was challenging and fun and creative. The room was clean and the puzzles were beyond fun and the theme was on point! We had 2 adults and a teenager in our group, and it was perfectly challenging but not frustrating. I will be back here time and time again!"

"This afternoon our staff at ServeNow attempted the challenging Timebomb escape, working together as a team. And we succeeded!!! It was so fun working together and the staff at Escape the Place did a great job hosting us. We would highly recommend this as a teambuilding exercise for your workplace, small group, or family."

"I’ve played black site and Markovs endgame, both games were well thought out and well put together. Very difficult but we beat black site and made leaderboard but managed to finish endgame with the grace of an extra 3 minutes. Was a lot of fun and the hints were helpful. Would definitely go back and play again! Hopefully my next game will be quarantine! Over all a wonderful experience and I wish they had more high level difficulty games to continue to come back for more."
