"Youre unable to access this store from the mall, or get to the mall from this store, even though its connected to the mall. Whatever manager came up with this must hate traffic in their store. Most limp brained decision ive seen a store make. "Yeah lets reduce our amount of customers. Thats smart!" If i wanted to go to both i have to walk back outside because some moron decided to close the giant doors to make it easy. This has to be breaking some sort of mall business contract or something."

"Employee refused to bag the items I purchased, due to “using less plastic.” Quick to take my money but couldn’t give me a simple bag! There were clearly several bags behind the register. I had to walk around the mall with my purchased items in my hand. Never again, considering I’ve been to several Dick’s Sporting Goods that have never said this."
