"I've shopped here for over 20 years. The only problem I ever have, is that at times the products that are on sale they don't have. I'm pretty well known through out the stores departments and their customer service is always great no matter how busy the store is!! It's always a very clean store as well"

"Mike in the seafood department went out of his way to provide excellent customer service even though the meat department was closed, everything put away, and he was busy cleaning. Typically employees behind the counter stare at you while you wait when there isn’t even anyone ahead of you, and rarely greet you or tell you they’ll be with you soon. I’ve even been told by management they won’t make exceptions before or after hours even if it’s a few minutes early. I wish customer service was as much of a priority as it is to Mike. That’s what keeps customers happy and coming back."

"I am out visiting family for Thanksgiving. I am so glad I went to the grocery stores here I was blown away at how much cheaper it is to buy food out in the west that it is in the north east. Just an example one full cauliflower it’s $1.15 here at King Soopers at my grocery store in Beachwood Ohio at Giant Eagle It’s over $5.15. How is that possible?. The store was reasonably clean, they were out of a couple things, namely Craisins. Nowhere in sight just mixed bags available. Everyone there was very friendly and I’m glad I got to see the other side of the rainbow in cost. Definitely the most beautiful artichokes I have ever seen in a grocery store in my life!"
