"Came in for some faux flowers today and noticed that they had different prices on the same flower. I mentioned it to the cashier and she got really upset with me and was very rude when I asked her why the prices were different for the same exact flower. She kept asking me in a rude tone if I wanted to continue my purchase or not and I let her know I did I was just simply making a comment about the price difference and that it was confusing. The entire interaction she kept having a rude tone and was talking down on me when I kept letting her know I understood she didn't make the price decisions and that it was fine I will still buy them but wanted to just let them know of the discrepancy. The way I was talked to is not acceptable at all. I hope no one else has to deal with the lady I did because she is not friendly by any means. I wish I remembered her name."

"This place is huge! This was my first time to Hobby Lobby. I went for the fall sale and bought a ton. Give yourself plenty of time because you'll be drawn into every aisle. Great quality items and tons of ideas. This was not what I expected. Prices are higher than I expected but worth it. I can't wait for Christmas sale, too."
"The staff at hobby lobby is always extremely friendly and courteous. Last time I was there they didn't have enough of the yarn that I needed to finish a project, and the lady in the yarn department was quick to order what I needed. I had it the next week. Thank you!"
