"My son and I had to get our passport photos taken. We came here last week. There was a friendly man working here by the name of Guy. He said he was sorry, but he was the only one working, and was unable to do photos at that time. We called the location up the street, and their machine was down. Guy overheard my conversation on the phone. When I hung up, he said he could try to take our pics, but if people came to the register, he would need to go help them. I told him we weren't in a hurry. Guy really bent over backwards for us. He was so friendly and accommodating. Walgreens is extremely lucky to have this young man as an employee, and he deserves a raise! Thanks again Guy! You rock!"
"So we went online and scheduled a rapid covid test for today. After waiting in the line for an hour and 20 minutes we found out that the appointment had been changed to a regular covid test. The staff were very uncaring in their response and didn't care that the system had messed up on us. When I asked if they could call another store to see if they could do a rapid test they got upset at me for asking them to try and find a solution to the mistake their computer system had made. Do not trust their online appointment center scheduler. Their lines are horrible and they just do not care about the service they give. Avoid all Walgreens. This is the second bad experience I have had at a Walgreens within days of each other and it was different. Just avoid all Walgreens."
"WORST WALGREENS IN THE WORLD DONT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING …….If I could they would get no stars …THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PHARMACY DOWN … I sent my meds in three days ago and here I am still waiting they closed the inside but moving really slow on the outside please don’t come here for meds YOU WILL DIE … insulin is not important . still sitting here it’s only been what 45 mins"
