"I recently had an extremely unpleasant encounter with an employee named Terrence at the Arc, and I am compelled to share my experience. Terrence's demeanor and professionalism were shockingly abysmal, leaving me no choice but to express my disappointment. During my visit to the Arc, I encountered Terrence, who displayed a complete disregard for basic customer service. He not only used inappropriate language, but also went as far as belittling my profession, making it abundantly clear that he had no respect for me or my work. Apparently, my presence inconvenienced him, preventing him from leaving work promptly, which he made sure to vocalize in an extremely disrespectful manner. Even worse, Terrence made an utterly disturbing comment about invading my privacy. He menacingly threatened to open my dressing room door without any consideration for my personal space or even my decency, regardless of whether I was clothed or not. Such behavior is not just discourteous, but it also crosses the line into harassment, creating an unsafe environment for customers. Terrence's unprofessionalism and crude behavior tainted what should have been a pleasant experience at the Arc. It is incredibly disheartening to see someone in a customer-facing role treat individuals with such disrespect and disregard for their well-being. It is essential that management addresses this issue promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of all customers. Based on the appalling behavior demonstrated by Terrence, I strongly advise others to think twice before interacting with him. His lack of professionalism and inappropriate conduct make him an undesirable representative of the Arc, and his actions have significantly impacted my perception of the establishment as a whole."

The furniture, frame, game, and decor sections are huge and organized really well too! They also have great sales throughout the year and over the weekends."
