"I was in need of pull out slides for my cabinets as the company that I worked with to design my kitchen (who shall not be named), told me that they were unable to produce slide outs for this particular cabinet that is located in my mom's kitchen. DeShaun and Brian at DB Cabinetry were an absolute delight to work with. They made sure to listen to what I was asking for and the roll out shelves were shipped so quickly! As a result of of an error on my part, two of the slides turned out to be the wrong size. I called DB Cabinetry and they told me - no problem at all - we will get you taken care of! They scheduled an actual video call with me and we got to the bottom of why the rollouts were the wrong size. It turns out that the "Other Company Who Shall Not Be Named" produced drawings that were incorrect. Brian and DeShaun worked with me and my mom to get the correct slides ordered and they even paid for half of the cost even though this was my mistake! That is truly amazing customer service in my book. I would work with DeShaun and Brian again and again on any project that I have coming up as they are knowledgeable, offer an amazing product and they are not pushy or try to talk you into anything that you're not looking for.
