"I love this store but today I had an awful experience at Kirkland’s lone tree. I asked for help and the worker was really bothered by my accent. She was rude and wasn’t helpful at all. I got upset and called her on it and was kicked out of the store which has never happened to me. We had a loud conversation after that, which I totally regret and have never done before. I feel someone in the customer service business should never lead you to this kind of situation. I had to go to the Littleton location where they are always extremely nice and helpful. I hope Kirklands lone tree train their staff better to give a good customer service"

"Wife just got back from Kirkland’s crying. She is the sweetest shyest person I know and the management there was extremely rude, dismissive, and nasty to her. They made fun of her accent and eventually kicked her out of the store. We’re definitely not coming back to the store and apparently the management in the Lone Tree location is absolute garbage."

"I made 2 orders from Kirkland, first order was Stoneware pitcher came completely broken and no packing material around the item. Second order was a wooden snack board, I waited for 13 days but I never received my order to my home address, I called customer service, they told me that my order was still not ship yet, and they said that my order was placed to be ship to the closest Kirkland store that is far away from where I live. I asked to cancel my order and get my money back, they refuse to do both. Really bad customer service, I will never shop from them every again."

"So disappointing! I ordered a cake stand and opted to pick it up at the store. The staff were really helpful and offered to open the box to make sure nothing was damaged during shipment... Only to reveal an item I did not order had been shipped to the store. The helpful clerk re-ordered the cake stand and then they ended up cancelling my order because the item is no longer in stock. No customer service follow up or anything, just a random cancellation email. Extremely disappointing and I won't be shopping here again."

"Really disappointed with Kirkland's today! Their website is ancient and outdated, and unable to take orders in standard website or mobile browsers, plus the site doesn't take any type of mobile pay like Google or Apple Pay. So next I tried to chat with the agents on the website for assistance, but they aren't able to take orders either. What good exactly is having agents available to chat if they can't help with orders? However, they offer a 1800 number to call to place an order, if you want. So next I just tried calling the store directly, and asking if they can just put a couple items on hold for 24-28 hours, so I can come in and purchase them at the store, in person, since there's been so much trouble placing an order on the website. Well, the reps at the store sadly didn't know what the store policies were, if they could put items on hold for a day or so, and weren't able to help me in any way. Such a pathetic display of customer service for Kirkland's All Around!!"
