"Their selection is just way better. I felt like wasted to much time running around the city going to places that just didn't have exactly what we. Carol guided us but gave us our space to look around. Purchased a couch with a particular size that I thought was impossible to find. If you ask they can change the dimensions to what's desired. They even let us take samples home to find the right match of fabric. I don't post a lot and I'm usually not impressed easily. Robin rocks Coming back for a chair later on."

"The furniture is beautiful and well made but it's the customer service that went above and beyond for us. My mother was moving to Wind Crest in Highlands Ranch and needed furniture quickly since we are from out of state. The staff was able to find her furniture that could be delivered within a week and on her strict schedule. When we ran into a slightly ill fitting mattress (possibly a manufacturer issue, not Woodleys) the manager Robin stepped into crisis mode and bent over backwards to get it resolved quickly. They delivered a new mattress the next day, squeezing us into a busy Saturday delivery schedule. The new mattress fits perfectly. The delivery drivers were also very kind and patient. When you find a store that really cares about getting things right regardless of the difficultly of the issue - that's a store that deserves repeat business. If I move out to Colorado in the future I'll definitely use Woodleys for all of my furniture! Thank you again Robin!"
