"Just moved to the area and thought I'd try a salon fairly close to home a few weeks ago. An older, attractive woman did my manicure. She was borderline surly and kept yanking my fingers into position (she'd placed them on a stand, making my hand turn in a way she apparently didn't like) while making little frustrated noises. I couldn't wait to get out of there and definitely won't be back!"
