"I had a 60-minute signature facial yesterday, Morgan performed this session and the problem was not about her, in general everything was a problem. The room where maintenance was performed was very small and cramped. The biggest problem was that it was massaged only with various oils. And so many oily products were used that after I went for treatment, acne started to appear on my face. Only massage oil was applied to my face, not any skin care product, and I waited for 60 minutes to see when the facial care would be done. This was the worst facial I've ever been to. My face was massaged with jade rollers sold for $5 everywhere, and the way it was used was from the bottom up, but it was applied up to down. I'm sure I have better quality jade roller and better quality products at home. For the first time, I regretted going. If you want a facial massage, go for it, but it can't be called signature facial, I'm sorry."
"My 8 year old son got his haircut by Lindsey and she did a wonderful job. She was patient and fun! The salon was clean and all of the staff were friendly. Great experience!"
"I love Shersten. She is always amazing with coloring and cutting my hair . We did extensions when my hair was shorter and she was very knowledgeable and explain the process so I knew what to expect. When I first when to her I was blonde and want to go red and was really nervous. I’ve been going to her for a year now and I still love my red hair"
"Kristal did a wonderful job dying and trimming my hair. I'm not the type of person who immediately likes a haircut, but I fell in love instantly. It's exactly what I wanted. I feel confident in myself and my looks, all without breaking the bank. This salon is certainly worth checking out. There's also a great Groupon available with Gina, another stylist, which might be worth looking into."
"I had a balayage and haircut with Lidnsey and had a ok time. When I got home I took a closer look at my hair and my stylist had done some choppy layers that aren’t blended well. And this morning my hair poofed up so bad that I had to straighten my hair to get it to even look decent. The color was ok but I wanted it more ashy and overall I’m not a fan of my haircut. I would love to get back in the chair and tone my hair. But I don’t want my stylist recutting my hair since I don’t want it looking worse. While the stylist was nice I’m not sure I would come back to the salon."
