"I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my recent experience with your Senior Hair Stylist Jordan at Parker Location. I visited your salon on 6th March 24 for a layered haircut appointment with the Senior Hairstylist. As someone who values their hair and has specific preferences for styling, I was looking forward to receiving a professional service as a self-treat for my birthday which was on 6th March which I specifically shared with her. Unfortunately, I left the salon feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the result of my haircut. Despite requesting a layered haircut, the final outcome did not meet my expectations. The layers were uneven, and the overall cut appeared choppy and disjointed and you can check photos which says a lot as I have never got such the worst haircut. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I believe it is important to provide honest feedback to ensure that improvements can be made. As a first time customer to your salon I have had high expectations and I would appreciate the professionalism and quality of service provided by your team.
