"We saw a few negative comments about this restaurant, and since its in a Hotel/convention center, we were not expecting a lot, however we decided to give it try and had a great dinner. The service and food was excellent. Tyler, our server was personable and more than willing to be of assistance in placing our order. Had a great suggestion on a wine to go with our steaks. The food was cooked to order and very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will dine here again when we are back in the area."
"Delicious Italian restaurant inside the Gaylord resort. Proportions are fairly big so you do not have to order too much. But they are all equally delicious."
"It was strangely casual for such an expensive hotel. Not a bad thing, just not what I expected. The food was good. Service lovely. But the signage in the hotel was abominable. The map, "you are here", sent us in completely the wrong direction. And the price of the buffet was more than I saw on the internet. Don't ask me to find the information again because the website told me nothing about this Thanksgiving buffet. Not the price, not the fact that it was a buffet, ridiculous. But we had a good time."
"Some of the worst Italian food I’ve ever eaten. The servers ok (nothing special) We had Chicken Parmigiana and it was slightly better than fast food. The pasta in the Shrimp Alfredo was tough like it had been sitting out for hours. If you’re staying at the Gaylord, you’re better off spending your money at the sports bar the food is way better."
"Went for dinner during a convention and yes it was packed as could be and we couldn't make a reservation. However, the hostess got us seated at the bar with a very short wait, and Lori took great care of us. Splurged on extra drinks and had a great time, plus the food was fantastic- I had the scallops and husband got the NY strip (Tagaliata). Bonus points, I got a glass to go and enjoyed a little music on the lawn outside. Perfect night."
