"Love the food the service from the woman who owns this place is poor af absolutely no customer service for getting the order wrong that I order All the time so much so that the one of the gentlemen waiters know my exact order and repeats it to me as soon as I walk in. I tell her my order is wrong and to take off what is wrong and she says noooo you already ordered it like are you serious I just won’t get the food then and as I was walking out the door she’s gonna say don’t call again. Like excuse me ma’am trust me I will never get service from your business again. Mind you I’ve been coming here for the passed 3 years just goofy!"

"There is good and bad. The food tasted very good. The service was perfect. The atmosphere is nice. However, the price of sour cream and guacamole was $4.95 on the menu and $6.95 on the check. I had the combo plate and it was not full of food and needs a burrito and another enchilada or something added to it. It was not worth $18.95. The sour cream and guacamole were not a quantity worth $6.95. I had a margarita which came out promptly and not cold yet because their cheap store bought mix was warm and poured over ice. “Medium” for the drink was actually enormous and cost a whopping $18.95 also. If I had drank it I wouldn’t have been able to walk. It wasn’t very good and definitely not a medium size or worth $18.95. I paid $55 and felt really disappointed in the bill compared to the food. Since the food was good, I would suggest ordering it to go, and using your own sour cream, guacamole, and drink at home."

"I’m so happy this place is near home and on Havana Street! Amazing Mexican food, great cocktails and the service is always amazing! They have a huge selection of food and drinks, which makes choosing even more difficult, with so many great options! The patio area is awesome!"

"Great food! I really recommend Pirámides, it really has a great atmosphere, very chill. Food is delicious personally I recommend the quesabirrias tacos and a michelada. Looking forward to try the rest of the menu. The owner is very friendly and attentive."
