"We had a birthday party for my daughter. We booked a glow/neon party. All the kids loved it. Our party hostess, Sophia was fabulous! She got us everything we needed and she was patient with us. A lot of people we had at the party were first timers and we are going to be back. Maybe just for fun next time"

"The check-in counter for birthday parties is not clearly posted, which is separate from the individual & timed jumping pay counter. Especially confusing since both counters have socks stacked up behind them. Also, the wall with the generic grey mountain mural on it has the computers for waivers. Thankfully, we had all but one of our waivers signed before getting in line to pay. It's easy to spend an extra 30-45 min trying to figure out where to go & what order to do the steps so the kids can jump. Advice: you may want to give yourself extra time at the venue to sort possible issues. I was on a timeline, which meant we barely got to stay for our entire 90 min session. We mistakenly got in the birthday party counter line, not knowing that was the wrong counter for us. They directed me to the correct counter, but we had already waited in the line with others for 20 min."

"Had a fun time. It's been years since we had been. We stayed for 3 hours under the all day pass. The place is run by teenagers so pay extra attention to your little ones who will definitely get ignored and not looked out for. My 13 year old had the most fun, definitely more geared toward a preteen group. The launch slide was very entertaining."

"Had my grandson's birthday party here! The staff was great & organized. Assisted with serving the pizza, drinks, & cake. Also, assisted with the presents! And the kids love the trampoline park! Very stress free!"
