"We had a great experience here. Everyone is super friendly. We got a snowstorm during our stay and couldn't drive to an appointment that we had made. Randy, the chief engineer at the hotel, offered to drive us there AND pick us up an hour late. It took more than hour of his time. So kind of him. We'll definitely be back!"

"What drove me nuts about this place was the shower head pressure. Trust me I’m not being a wuss, it literally HURTS to take a shower. Meanwhile, the bathroom sink faucet is super weak; like I’m talking BARELY enough water coming out to wash the toothpaste off my darn toothbrush. When I took a shower the water is like zapping the heck out of my head, I think Its gonna make me bald actually. It hurts when coming into contact with the skin. And it’s one of those ones where it’s all pressure or none at all, it’s just the design of the faucet/spigot. And there’s no adjustment on the shower head. Besides the weird water pressure, the rooms are good, got what I need. The gym is legendary, I’ve never seen a gore gym with 2 cable weight stacks, dumbbells, PLUS 3 machines!!!! Leg press, machine chest press, and lay pull-down. Plus they have plenty of cardio equipment."

"Great new hotel. Perfect location downtown near lots of restaurants and breweries. Rooms are clean and modern. Nice amenities like a well equipped gym. Good free breakfast. The restaurant/ bar on the 8th Floor (Lumen8 Rooftop Social) has the best view in town and good food and drinks. Highly recommended this hotel!"

"This was an awesome experience. We had a quick business stop to the Springs and for this boom it was a great escape. Comfy beds and an amazing shower. I showered morning 3 days in peace and quiet. I also appreciated the kind staff and good breakfast in the morning. The hotel was very clean and from now on this will be my stay place in the Springs! Thanks for a great stay!"
