"Hired this firm, which lists only William Thode as an attorney on their staff page. Received a lawyer named Brian Boney instead. Signed the engagement agreement and paid the retainer. That was the last I heard from anyone at the firm. I emailed several times seeking advice and assistance with my legal issue. No response, EVER. Finally got Brian on the phone and fired him. He didn't care. Demanded my retainer back which he said he would have processed immediately. It's been over a month and that still hasn't happened. Emailed William Thode about what happened.
